Sprints+Pushups November 6, 2009
Posted by jlojogs Bootcamp, General Cardio, Strength TrainingDid a sprint workout which wasn’t too bad because I ended up helping a TLC for the last leg, so it was only leg 1 & 2 where I was blowing it out. Then I lead encouragement at the end. Totally burned out the arms by doing an obscene amount of pushups.
20- Regular, Dips, Wide Arm, 15, 10.
