Colonel Crunch November 5, 2009
Posted by jlojogs Bootcamp, Strength TrainingLead Colonel Crunch this morning in the cold wet grass. Afterwards body temp dropped and had to call in to work to let them know I’d be coming in late. Not enough sleep, plus last nights little food, plus cold temps are not a good combo. Still exhausted and ill.
